July 7, 2015   M C  Maia was prompt, professional and very helpful. She met me at my doctors office to have a medical form notarized. The doctor had a number of questions and was hesitant to sign the form. Maia was very patient and helped me work with the doctor to find a way to finalize and notarize the form. She was instrumental in getting this done and I am very grateful for her help. I highly recommend this service!
