 October 26, 2014 Elise B Maia was prompt, professional, and a life-saver. We began the process of signing documents by discovering that I'd grabbed my son's passport instead of my own. I was feeling shame and fear (paperwork had to be finished that night), but Maia encouraged me to run back to my house to grab the correct identification. She waited almost 20 minutes for me!
