  • Current Colorado Notary Commission in good standing 
  • Possess a professional business demeanor

  • Own a mobile phone with solid signal in your coverage area
  • Tech savvy & comfortable using email attachments, PDF documents and basic online applications
  • NNA Certified & GLBA compliant Screened Notary Signing Agents 
  • Carrying a minimum of $25,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance
  • Part-time, evening and/or weekend availability
  • Desire to continue learning & generate additional income with non-mortgage notary and administrative assignments utilizing your skill sets

Superior Notary Network


Superior Notary Service is still accepting email inquiries and conducting interviews with qualified notary, signing agent and process service professionals via telephone.  We are continuing with recruiting of Colorado mobile professionals while Superior Notary Network - our online interface and mobile services directory website - runs through the final stages of construction and testing.
