Online Scheduling Instructions

Browse our Services first to determine what you need, 

then use our online scheduler to reserve your preferred time slot.

After scheduling online, a Superior Notary Service representative will contact you to verify the services needed for your appointment, then provide a quote based on appointment location.

1. Click the   button in the left sidebar menu of any page to go to the Superior Notary Service online scheduler.  The scheduler will open in a new window.

2. Select a service to schedule an appointment

• Select the SERVICE CATEGORY for the service you want to schedule:  
• General Notary (automatically selected), 
• Notary Closing or 
• Administrative
• Select the primary service that you need - remember that you can select only ONE primary service per appointment when scheduling online.  Each service is listed showing the base or minimum charge.  Additional services may incur additional charges.  

Once you've competed your online booking, a Superior Notary Service representative will contact you directly at the phone number provided to confirm all services for your appointment.

3. Select a Date & Time

• Use the calendar to select the date, then 
• Select the desired start time for your appointment from the list of available times shown for that date

4. Enter your details

• Your name
• Your contact phone number 
• Your email address
• Your desired appointment address, city, state & zip code.  
• Additional Information  
Enter any special instructions regarding your appointment, location, etc. for your Superior Notary Service professional
• Click the "Continue" button

5. Confirm your appointment

• Review your appointment details and additional information for accuracy
• Click Change to make corrections if needed, then
• Click the "Confirm Appointment" button

6. Appointment Confirmed!

• Your appointment request is submitted to Superior Notary Service and an initial confirmation message will be sent to the email address you've entered
• You can also print your appointment confirmation from the scheduler screen, then 
• Close the Superior Notary Service Scheduling page and return to our website

You're done!

• A  Superior Notary Service representative will contact you to confirm the services needed for your appointment and provide a quote based on the appointment location.
