Cancellation Policy

Please contact Superior Notary at your earliest opportunity if you become unable to meet or need to reschedule your appointment time.  

If needed, you may cancel your appointment without charge anytime up to 24-hours in advance of your appointment start time.  

You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee when appointment is cancelled less than two (2) hours before the confirmed appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full scheduled service fee. 

We may decline to notarize if the signer is confused, not fully aware, not coherent or responsive, or does not have proper ID. The appointment (travel) fee is due even if the notarization cannot be completed.



Late Payment Policy & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of service.  
  • Accounts must be in good standing and approved for billing terms before scheduling any assignments.
  • Payments not received at SNS by the due date are assessed a 5% weekly late fee until the balance is paid in full.
  • Accounts remaining past due forty-eight (48) hours after issuance of the final SNS invoice are advanced to Collections on the next business day.
