Superior Notary Service Apostille Service provides accurate on-site notarization (with seal embossing upon request) and receipt of your documents at your office or designated appointment location before securely transporting them for expedited authentication by the Colorado Secretary of State.  Upon completion, your apostilled documents are delivered to the destination of your choice in accordance with the service level selected for your order.

Apostille Services

Apostille Service - Economy
$75 per document to provide authentication processing of your notarized documents by the Colorado Secretary of State's office with return delivery to your specified destination via USPS Priority Mail.  

Notarizations provided by SNS include seal embossing at no additional charge.  All paperwork is pre-checked for accuracy and proper notarization prior to submission in order prevent any delays of authentication.  Expect seven to ten days for return delivery of documents with Economy service.

Apostille Service - Standard
$110 for the first document, $60 per each additional document, provides pick-up & expedited authentication processing of your notarized documents by the Colorado Secretary of State's office with return delivery to your specified destination via FedEx Priority Overnight.  

Notarizations provided by SNS include seal embossing at no additional charge.  All paperwork is pre-checked for accuracy and proper notarization prior to submission in order prevent any delays of authentication.  

Guaranteed five (5) days return delivery with Standard service. 

Apostille Service - RUSH
$150 for the first document, $75 per each additional document, provides expedited pick-up & delivery of your notarized documents to the Colorado Sec. of States office for authentication with return delivery to your specified destination via FedEx First Overnight.  

Notarizations provided by SNS include seal embossing at no additional charge.  All paperwork is pre-checked for accuracy and proper notarization prior to submission in order prevent any delays of authentication.  

Guaranteed three (3) days or less for return of documents with RUSH service.  24-hour RUSH turn around can be arranged upon request.

PAYMENT
  • Payment is expected at the time of service.  
  • Accounts must be in good standing and approved for billing terms before scheduling any assignments.
  • Only billing term available for Administrative assignments is Net 7.
  • Credit card payments must be approved at the time of scheduling.  
  • Checks should be made payable to your notary professional.
  • Payments not received at SNS by the due date are assessed a 5% weekly late fee until the balance is paid in full.
