FedEx Office Appointment
$15 appointment fee + notary fees to have your documents notarized at an area FedEx Office location.

Mobile Notary Appointment
Variable mobile fee based on distance + notary fees to have your documents notarized at the location of your choice.  

Mobile Notary Medical Appointment
Includes notarization of up to three non-mortgage documents at hospital or other health care facility.  
$5 for each additional document notarized.
 Zone 0 & 1 - $35    Zone 2 - $45    Zone 3 - $55

Mobile Notary Red-Eye Appointment
$50 minimum charge + mobile fee + notary fees.  
Red-Eye fee is applied for all appointments between 10:30pm - 7:30am.

Notary Holiday Appointment
$75 minimum charge + mobile fee + notary fees. 
Holiday fee applied for the following federal holidays: 
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

Mobile Notary Airport Appointment 
$100 minimum charge + notary fees to have your documents notarized at Denver International or Ft. Collins-Loveland Municipal Airports.

Mobile Notary Jail Appointment
$100 minimum charge + notary fees.  
MOBILE FEES

Billed by zone, calculating one-way distance from the assigned notary professional.

 Zone 0: 1-15 mi  $25 
 Zone 1: 16-30 mi  $35
 Zone 2: 31-45 mi   $45
 Zone 3: 46-60 mi   $55
 Zone 4: 61+ mi   $75

  • Payment is due at the time of service.  
  • Credit card payments must be approved at the time of scheduling.
